BumpTube does not host any video. Every video is embedded from a third-party platform via that platform's official embed program. The fastest way to remove content is to file a notice with the hosting platform; once removed there, it disappears from BumpTube automatically.

If you nevertheless want a listing removed from BumpTube's index, send a notice containing:

• The BumpTube URL(s) of the listing.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• Your contact information.
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorised agent.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Send notices to dmca@bumptube.com. Our designated agent registration with the US Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory is pending; notices to the address above are handled in the meantime.

We respond to complete notices within two business days and remove the listing; counter-notices go to the same address.
